Product Description
QP-Plus-1000C pure water hydrogen generator adopts advanced solid polymer electrolyte technology with titanium electrodes, only pure water required for electrolysis. Produced hydrogen features oxygen content below 0.1 ppm, passing gas-water separation and full drying for ultra-high purity. Built-in fuzzy automatic tracking control system realizes on-demand hydrogen production, auto constant pressure & constant current operation. Pressure stability accuracy less than 0.001 MPa, delivering safe, stable and continuous high-purity hydrogen for GC, spectrometers, catalytic experiments and pharmaceutical testing labs.
Product Features

The electrolytic cell adopts the world’s state-of-the-art solid polymer electrolyte hydrogen production technology, which ensures the oxygen content of the produced hydrogen is less than 0.1 ppm. 

It uses pure water as the electrolyte and titanium metal for electrodes. 

Upon power supply, hydrogen is generated at the cathode and oxygen at the anode. 

The oxygen is vented to the atmosphere, while hydrogen flows into a gas-water separator to separate from water. 

After thorough drying through a drying tube, hydrogen is discharged from the gas outlet.This instrument is equipped with a high-sensitivity fuzzy automatic tracking control system. 

It produces hydrogen only when gas is demanded and stops generating gas when not in use, enabling automatic constant pressure and constant current operation. 

The pressure stability accuracy is controlled within less than 0.001 MPa, guaranteeing the instrument delivers hydrogen with high purity, stable pressure, safe and continuous output.
