1.All gas pipelines of the instrument are stainless steel tubes treated by electrolytic polishing and ultrasonic cleaning, which effectively improve the quality of output air.
2.Stainless steel drying tubes are adopted to avoid damage caused by material aging and eliminate pipeline wear risks during disassembly and assembly.
3.An exhaust valve is equipped. It is unnecessary to disassemble the outlet for pressure relief when replacing desiccant; just open the exhaust valve for quick and convenient operation.
4.Equipped with HL-A unit, it can automatically adsorb and remove hydrocarbons, esters, oil and other impurities in air to improve air quality with maintenance-free operation.
5.The gas storage tank is made of 316 stainless steel with automatic drainage function, avoiding yellow rust water discharge and laboratory contamination.
6.Adopt dual filters with three-stage purification and two-stage pressure stabilization, achieving high precision of output pressure.
7.Complete protection devices are available, including safety valve and high-precision & high-sensitivity pressure controller.
8.Easy to operate and safe to use. Fill the alkaline solution once, only replenish distilled water for daily use, and hydrogen will be generated after turning on the power switch.
9.Unique anti-backflow device ensures no electrolyte backflow inside the instrument.
10.Independent extra-large liquid storage tank effectively reduces the operating temperature of electrolyte and extends the water refilling interval.
11.Horizontal cylindrical electrolytic cell adopts imported special precious metal as electrolytic material, which greatly improves electrolysis efficiency, maintains constant cell temperature and significantly prolongs the service life of the electrolytic cell.
12.The instrument is equipped with automatic constant pressure and constant current units to provide stable output flow. It also features an automatic tracking unit that fully automatically adjusts hydrogen flow according to actual consumption. The hydrogen purity remains stable without degradation and supports continuous operation.
