Product Description
Compact QPAL-ZDY LCD zero air generator replaces hydrocarbon cylinders. Connect air source and power on, zero air generates automatically once catalytic temperature reaches standard. Dual over-temperature auto power-off protection ensures safety. Multi-stage precision filters supply dry, oil-free clean air. Internal polished 316SS pipelines adopt self-regenerating PSA drying unit with zero consumables. It supports parameter viewing and runtime recording, with optional RS485 communication, suitable for GC, online VOC monitoring and various labs.
Product Features

Compact and lightweight; it replaces high-pressure hydrocarbon removal gas cylinders and eliminates laborious cylinder handling.

Simple operation and high automation level. Simply connect the air supply and turn on the power switch; zero air will be generated once the catalytic temperature rises to the set value.

Reliable safety performance. A two-stage over-temperature protection system is built-in, which cuts off power automatically upon overheating.

Multi-stage precision filters are equipped internally to ensure the air entering the catalytic chamber is dry, clean and oil-free, preventing secondary contamination of hydrocarbon-free air.

All internal gas pipelines adopt internally and externally cleaned 316 stainless steel tubing.

The instrument adopts a PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) water removal unit with automatic regeneration, requiring no replacement of consumables and realizing fully maintenance-free operation.

The instrument supports functions including operating parameter query and cumulative runtime recording.

RS485 communication is available as an optional configuration.
